Preschool Payment of Fees- Monthly tuition payments are due on the 1st of each month and delinquent after the 5th (unless otherwise noted on monthly statement).  Space in the program may allow for a combination of programs, as prearranged with the Director.  These will be charges at the monthly combined rates.

Upon enrollment new students must submit a 30 day tuition fee (tuition equal to their current 30 day enrollment schedule). This payment will be deposited immediately and a credit will be applied to your account towards a 30 day withdrawal notice.  Due to a need for program consistency option for varied hours are limited within the program.  

There is NO reimbursement of tuition for absences, vacations or extended trips.  Tuition is not pro-rated during any closures and credit is not given.  Make up days are not an option.  

Monthly Fees – Tuition Statements are sent via email prior to the 1st each month.  Review your account at anytime after enrollment by visiting myprocare.com.  Pizza and Tuition payments may be combined.  We accept check and auto pay (direct from your financial institution or credit card) payments.

Discounts

A 5% tuition fee discount is given for siblings in concurrent enrollment.  Sibling discounts are applied to the lesser of the tuitions.

Late Pick Up Fees

Late picks-ups are a hardship for the child and an inconvenience to staff members.  After an infraction of twice in a month, or four times in three months, a parent will be asked to leave the school as we are not able to meet their needs.  Late pick up fees are $1.00 per minute following the 6 p.m. closure.  This will also apply to a child who is left in excess of one hour following a request to pick the child up from our care due to illness.

Additional Fees

*$20 late fee charged to accounts that are overdue (please review your statement for due dates)

*$30 fee for each check that is not cleared by the bank

* State Licensing has strict regulations regarding the use of your legal signature to sign your child into and out of the program each day. The software program we use for attendance regulation is ProCare.  We use notebooks when the internet is offline. It is noted in the Parent Agreement that if a family fails to sign their child in or out properly, a $5 fine will be applied for each infraction.  Enrollment in the program may be terminated after 3 infractions.  Please comply with these regulations to keep our school in compliance with state law.

Absences 

We do not give tuition credit for vacations or extended travel absences.  Also, we do not hold space while you are away on an extended vacation, unless tuition is paid in full.  

Withdrawal

*Current Student Withdrawal - The requirement for withdrawal is a 30 day written notice and must be submitted with a 30 day tuition payment.  This is mandatory regardless of the reason a parent chooses to leave the program.  Failure to provide a paid 30 day written notice and payment will result in your account being sent to collections.  

*Changes in days/hours will require a 30 day written notice, be subject to availability, and require the Director’s approval.

*New Students for the 2024-2025 School year - Should you choose to withdraw prior to entry on August 15th you must do so in writing by July 15th to receive a refund of your 30 day withdrawal tuition payment.   The registration fee is non-refundable.

*GFP is a year round school (August through August).  If you choose to withdraw your child at any time re-entry would be based on availability.  This applies to ALL programs!

Notification of Fee/Policy Changes   We reserve the right to adjust fees and policy as needed to meet expenses and to support the program.  A 60 day written notice will be given to clients if such a need is required.
